Rex brasserie opened its doors in 1996 and has become a beloved institution in Umeå. With our soul in France and our heart in Norrland, we move with the seasons and take advantage of the ingredients that each season has to offer. With a focus on local and locally produced food, we cook from scratch with inspiration from classic French cuisine.
